Private Events & Reservations in Wilson, NC

Rates & Other Private Event Information:

There is a minimum $300 bar tab for your event, plus a mandatory 20% gratuity for our staff members. It is $100 per hour to rent the entire taproom and beer garden combined. It is $50 per hour to rent just the beer garden or just the taproom. If you want to utilize our brewery spaces for an entire day, the rental fee is $1,000. Time for setup, vendor deliveries, and clean-up will need to be factored into your event planning. If you'll require any of our spaces for more than 5 hours (including setup and clean-up), you'll need to pay the full day rental fee. If you are renting on the weekend, we ask that you keep the time of your rental for either the start time of your event to be when we open (or even before our normal opening hours), or for the end time of your event to be when we close, so that we're not having to reopen our business after closing it.

Additionally, it is $10/hour per Casita staff member you require, with a minimum of two staff members per event. If you are renting the taproom for an entire day, you'll be required to pay for at least two staff members to be on-site for the entire day, including during any setup time.

The limitations of our space include a 139 person capacity for our brewery, taproom, and beer garden spaces combined. However, our occupancy limits can be increased with the addition of temporary restrooms placed on-site in our beer garden. Your event would be responsible for renting these bathroom facilities. A large festival-style tent can also be rented for our beer garden to provide your guests with shade, or protect from inclement weather. We're happy to help facilitate the rental of a tent, tables, chairs, stage, dance floor, temporary bathrooms, and more for your event from reputable local vendors. Just let us know your vision!

We do not have a hard spirits liquor license, but we do sell many styles of beer, wine, hard seltzer, hard cider, and various non-alcoholic beverages. We can also special order non-liquor alcoholic or soft drink beverages for your event, if you let us know ahead of time. We do not sell any prepared foods and do not have a kitchen on-site. We do however have great relationships with many unique food trucks/caterers in the area, which we host here on a regular basis. We'd be glad to contact or put you in touch with any of these tasty trucks if you're in need of catering services.

You're welcome to self-cater your event and bring in any food for your guests, but you are not permitted to bring in your own beverages, unless there are specific dietary concerns within your group.

How 'bout it... ready to book your Casita private event? GREAT! For these types of large group events, we need at least 30 days notice, and a deposit of $300 due 14 days before your event. To lock in your reservation simply email us the date(s) you're eyeing to casitabrewingco@gmail.com. Once your date is confirmed, you'll need to purchase a $300 gift card through this website to officially reserve your date. The gift card will be used on the day of your event towards your tab. This is non refundable. If you cancel your event, we will mail you the gift card.
