If you have a group of 20 people or less, we would be happy to save you a table or four for your small group event.
These small group reservations are free to make. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance. With the name of your group and how many seats you need reserved in the taproom or in the beer garden. On the day of your reservation, it will be important to arrive on time because we will only hold your table for 15 minutes before you risk losing your spot to someone else.
We are open 7 days a week from noon until 10pm Monday-Saturday and noon until 6pm on Sunday, but if you would like to hold a morning meeting here, we can accommodate you.
It is $100 an hour to rent the entire taproom and beer garden combined. It is $50 an hour to rent just the beer garden or just the taproom. Time for set up, vendor deliveries, and clean up will also need to be factored into your event planning. If you want to rent the taproom for the whole day, the rental fee is $1,000.
Additionally, it is $10 an hour per staff member you require, with a minimum of two staff members per event. If you need to rent the taproom for the whole day, you need to pay for two staff members to be on-site all day.
If you would like to rent the taproom for more than 4 hours, including setup and clean up, you will need to pay the rental fee for the full day.
The limitations to our space are that we only have 139 person capacity for the taproom plus beer garden space. At maximum capacity we would have a maximum number of 10 staff allowed in addition to your guest count.
We do not have a hard spirits liquor license, but we do sell beer, wine, hard seltzer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a minimum $300 tab for your event, plus a mandatory 20% gratuity for our staff members.
For these types of large group events, we need at least 30 days notice, and a deposit of $300 due 14 days before your event. To lock in your reservation simply purchase a $300 gift card through this website. We will use that gift card to apply towards your tab on the day of your event. This is not refundable. Should you have to cancel your event, we will mail you the gift card to use at your leisure.
We do not sell prepared food because we are not a restaurant and do not have a kitchen on-site. We have great relationships with many different and unique food trucks in the area that we host on a regular basis. We'd be glad to contact or put you in touch with any of these tasty trucks if you're in need of catering services.
You are welcome to self-cater your event and bring in any food, but we ask that you do not bring in your own beverages, unless there are specific dietary concerns within your group.
